  • We monitor and keep you informed of every step throughout the process via fax, email or phone (it’s up to you!).
  • Have a question? You can call Apex at any time and reach a live person who knows your patient and knows exactly where things are in the process.

Provider Tools

  • With our web-based, real-time Provider Portal, initiating a referral and keeping track of your patients has never been easier.  Log in.
  • Apex will provide your office with weekly status reports, delivered directly to your inbox or fax machine.
  • Does your office prescribe outpatient infusion? Apex will provide a detailed benefits report and take care of the prior-authorization for you.
